Terms and Conditions
- Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, and all major credit/debit cards.

- Occasionally, we need to make an adjustment to the date or time of a booking. We will let you know in advance if that's the case.

- Please remove all items from the wash area that you don't want to be damaged. We're always very careful, but our cleaning process can cause damage to fabric, furniture, decorations, vehicles, etc. We can not move these items, and we are not responsible for damage to these types of personal property.
- If we are cleaning any concrete or patio areas for you, please remove furniture from the area before your appointment. Our technicians need a clear area to perform their cleaning. If there is furniture obstructing the cleaning area when we arrive for a surface cleaning, we will not be able to complete our cleaning.
- We'll need access to a hose bib with a healthy water supply. Please notify us in advance if your water supply is weak or inaccessible.

- Due to the prevalence of organic pigments known to react to soft wash cleaning solution, we do not currently wash houses which are primarily painted. We currently accept vinyl, brick, stone and stucco homes with incidental painted areas where cleaning solutions do not need to be used.
- You do not need to be present during the time of the cleaning.
- Exterior building cleaning primarily uses a chemical called sodium hypochlorite. Our process is superbly effective at eliminating organic growth, but it does not remove tar, paint, scuffs, holes or cracks.
- Please inform us if your home has been painted with Sherwin Williams paint, as there have been many documented cases of color changes due to adverse reactions to cleaners used in soft washing. Snappy's Power Washing is not responsible for adverse reactions to organically pigmented paint.
- Our soft washing process does not damage siding. Occasionally, our cleaning exposes prior damage, oxidation, attempts at high-pressure washing, scuffs, etc. that were hidden under organic growth. We are not responsible for any damage that is exposed by our cleaning process.

- If your window seals are deteriorated, loose or otherwise compromised, cleaning solution can enter into the windows between the panes even using our soft wash process. Snappy's is not responsible for moisture that enters into the panes or through any opening in a window.
- There is risk of damage to vehicles, furniture, decor, flowers, etc. from sodium hypochlorite, so please move these items out of the work area before we arrive for our cleaning. We can not move these items, and we are not responsible for damage to these types of personal property.
- If a surface is deteriorated or has significant prior damage, we may not be able to safely clean it.

- Some dark pigmentations do not react well to our cleaning solutions and therefore cannot be cleaned using our soft wash process.
- If there are delicate flowers that cannot be moved, we recommend covering them with a tarp in advance of our cleaning to prevent overspray. We always pre-rinse and post-rinse nearby landscaping to minimize risk to them.
- People and animals should remain inside during the cleaning.

- Vinyl siding panels and trim pieces tend to hold water, dirt and debris and let it out slowly through weep holes. This is a normal and functional part of their design. While we thoroughly rinse all of our buildings after washing, occasionally there will be debris, streaks, or cleaning residue that is visible on the siding after our cleaning is complete. If these remain visible after a heavy rainfall, we will gladly return to re-rinse and/or re-wash the building as needed.

- By approving a quote and/or booking a cleaning with Snappy's Power Washing, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand and agree to these terms and conditions.
